All full-time Blaze employees get up to eight hours to use as a Give Back Day per calendar year! These hours can be used in two, four, or eight-hour increments.

Set aside funds pre-tax or post-tax for retirement in a well diversified portfolio. Blaze contributes up to 6% of your pay towards retirement each pay period.

Educational Assistance

We'll reimburse the cost of certified degree programs related to your work at Blaze as long as you've been with us for a year.
