Paid Time Off
Paid time off starts accruing at 120 hours in your first year and you can roll over up to 240 hours of unused time off from year to year.
Paid Leave
Paid medical and parental leave are available for your own needs or to care for an immediate family member.

Paid Holidays
All staff members working at least 20 hours per week are entitled to paid time off on holidays, starting from the first day you join our team.

Paid long-term disability and life insurance after just 30 days of employment.

Blaze offers employees an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others and give back to a cause they find personally meaningful.
All full-time Blaze employees get up to eight hours to use as a Give Back Day per calendar year! These hours can be used in two, four, or eight-hour increments.
401k
Set aside funds pre-tax or post-tax for retirement in a well diversified portfolio. Blaze contributes up to 6% of your pay towards retirement each pay period.
Educational Assistance
We'll reimburse the cost of certified degree programs related to your work at Blaze as long as you've been with us for a year.
