As we work to live out our core action of giving back, this month Blaze Credit Union is hosting a food drive to support Minnesotans in need. From now until March 27, members can drop off non-perishable food items at all Blaze branches during open lobby hours.
These past few years have been difficult for many families and individuals, with food insecurity rising significantly. By serving as a food collection site, Blaze is helping to provide relief to the one in five Minnesota households experiencing food insecurity. Blaze is proud to partner with the Salvation Army Northern Division and other local organizations on this initiative.
Donations will be collected through March 27. The most in-demand items include canned chicken/tuna, oil, pasta noodles, rice, peanut butter, cereal, honey, and coffee. Find a Blaze branch near you.
