Since June 2014, when the program managed $11 million in assets, Blaze Retirement + Investment Services has experienced remarkable growth driven by a combination of consistent organic expansion, strategic development, and an unwavering commitment to member success.
Today, the program is supported by a team of ten financial advisors who collectively bring more than 275 years of industry experience, averaging more than 27 years per advisor.

In 2025, the program was recognized as one of the Top 15 credit union wealth management programs in the nation with eight or fewer advisors. Additionally, the program has been awarded the top level, Gold in the Minnesota Star Tribune Reader’s Choice Awards Wealth Management category for five consecutive years; the only wealth management program to earn this distinction.
