SPIRE Credit Union was recently selected as one of the 2023 Best Places to Work (BPTW) honorees by Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal (MSPBJ). To view the announcement, visit https://bizj.us/1qiuvt.

This year marks the 25th annual BPTW awards — the Twin Cities longest-running program recognizing engaging workplaces. To determine the honorees, research partner Quantum Workplace distributed surveys to all Minnesota-based employees, who were asked to rate their employers on a variety of questions related to management, communication, and more. Quantum tabulated the scores from those confidential surveys to identify the honorees. Companies were placed into categories based on number of employees. SPIRE was in the “large” category.

“At SPIRE, we aim to create and maintain an enjoyable working environment where our employees can thrive,” said SPIRE President/CEO Dan Stoltz. "We strive to ensure that our employees take pride in where they work, and this recognition reflects that.”

As a 2023 honoree, SPIRE will be featured in the Business Journal’s August 18th Best Places to Work special publication, along with the other honorees. This publication will shine a spotlight on what makes these companies’ workplaces award-winning.
