Blaze Partners with University of Minnesota Alumni Association

Blaze Credit Union is excited to announce a new partnership with the University of Minnesota Alumni Association (UMAA).

Founded by alumni for alumni in 1904, the Alumni Association is an alumni-led nonprofit that connects alumni with each other, supports student success, and advances the University of Minnesota.

As an Official Partner of the University of Minnesota Alumni Association, beginning January 1, 2025, Blaze now offers exclusive co-branded checks, credit, and debit cards. In the spirit of the credit union’s core action of giving back, 0.25% of each transaction made using a University of Minnesota Alumni Association Blaze Signature Visa^® Credit card will support the Alumni Association's Student Success Fund, which funds mentoring, networking, career, and leadership development opportunities programs and services.
