SPIRE President/CEO Dan Stoltz will serve as Community Grand Marshal for the 2023 Saint Paul Winter Carnival Grande Day Parade on Saturday, January 28.
Stoltz is an East Saint Paul native and Johnson High School grad. Dan served as the 2015 King Boreas of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival and was instrumental in the building of the 2018 Ice Palace as Chairman of the Board of the Ice Board of Governors.
Dan will be honored in the parade along with his wife, Robin, and their family. Stoltz truly believes that live is about giving not getting.
The Grande Day Parade starts at 2 p.m. near Smith Avenue on West Seventh Street in downtown Saint Paul and will end in Rice Park. The parade features dozens of bands, floats and, of course, the newly crowned King Boreas and his Royal Family.
The Saint Paul Winter Carnival, presented by Priority Courier Experts, starts Thursday, January 26 and runs through Sunday, February 5. For details, visit wintercarnival.com.
