How do I add an external account for transfers or loan payments in digital banking?
Please follow the steps below to add an external account to Blaze Digital Banking:
- Log into Blaze Digital Banking.
- Go to Manage External Accounts under the Transfer & Pay menu.
- You will have the choice of linking your account with instant verification or by using micro-deposits.
- Once your external account has been added, it will appear as an option when selecting Transfer Money or Loan & Card Payments from the Transfer & Pay menu. Please allow at least three business days for funds to be transferred.
About Instant Verification
Many external accounts can be instantly verified through our connection with Plaid. Simply select your financial institution, login, and select your account.
About Micro-Deposits
You can link one of your external accounts by verifying access to it using micro-deposit transactions in 3-5 business days.
- Select Link via Micro-Deposits.
- You will be asked to enter the routing and account number for your external account and select if it is a checking or savings account.
- After you have submitted the external account, two micro-deposits will be made to it. It can take from 3-5 business days for these deposits to appear.
- Once the deposits have appeared, please return to Manage External Accounts to verify your pending external account.
