If you are enrolled in eDocuments, your 5498 form will be available in Blaze Digital Banking by May 31. If you are not enrolled in eDocuments, they will be mailed to you.
The 5498 form is issued to report contributions, including any catch-up contributions, required minimum distributions (RMDs), and the fair market value (FMV) of your IRA or SEP account. IRA contributions include amounts contributed up until the tax filing deadline of the prior year.
