If you are enrolled in eDocuments, your 5498-ESA form will be available in Blaze Digital Banking by April 30. If you are not enrolled in eDocuments, they will be mailed to you.
The 5498-ESA is issued to report contributions and rollover contributions to your Coverdell ESA account. It includes amounts contributed up until the tax filing deadline of the prior year.
