When you enter a Blaze Credit Union (“Blaze”) event, you enter an area where filming, photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur.

By entering the event premises, you consent to the taking of photographs and audio/video recordings and to their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction for news, promotional, advertising, web, social media, telecasts or any other lawful purpose by Blaze and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and videos may be used to promote future Blaze events, highlight the event and demonstrate Blaze’s capabilities.

You release Blaze, its officers, agents, contractors and representatives from any liability in connection with the capturing, recording, digitizing, publication or use of photographs, videos, audio recordings or computer-generated images.

By entering the event premises, you waive any right to payment, royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use, exhibition, streaming, web posting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of whether an admission fee or sponsorship is involved. You also waive any right to inspect, review or approve the finished materials or use of them.

By entering the event, you acknowledge that you have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability and release.
