Security at Annual Meeting

Security personnel at the Blaze Annual Meeting & Member Appreciation Day reserve the right to determine the method of security checks as deemed necessary including the use of hand-held metal detectors, the search of bags, jackets, clothing and other items. Blaze reserves the right to restrict entry into the event if guests doesn’t comply.

The below items are prohibited. If a guest arrives with these items, they will be asked to take them back to their vehicle.

Apparel with Explicit Wording and/or Graphics,

Artificial Noise Makers/Whistles/Horns,                                                                                   

Cameras with Detachable or Interchangeable Lenses and Camera Cases,

Computers or Laptops and Computer Cases,

Drones,

Full Facial Coverings,

Glass or Metal Beverage Containers,

Illegal Drugs,

Inflatable Items including Beach Balls,

Knitting Needles,

Laser Pointers,

Selfie Sticks,

Signs with Explicit Wording and/or Graphics,

Signs on Sticks,

Tripods and monopods,

Video Cameras,

Weapons of any kind including Guns, Knives, Pepper Spray, Mace, Chains, Spikes, etc.,

Any other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by venue personnel, in their sole discretion.
