Minnesota Wild
The Minnesota Wild have been at the heart of the State of Hockey since they were established in 2000. Known for their passionate fan base and enthusiastic atmosphere, game days at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul are not to be missed. Despite being one of the youngest franchises in the NHL, the Wild have made multiple playoff appearances and advanced to the Western Conference Finals in 2003.
Outside of the rink, the Wild is equally dedicated to making a difference. They proudly support hundreds of non-profits and other worthy causes each year with an emphasis on organizations that serve underprivileged children and families, educational initiatives, children’s medical causes, military, youth hockey, environmental, animal rescue, and diversity and inclusion.
The Wild & Blaze
A shared commitment to giving back has been the foundation of the partnership between Blaze and the Wild since 2016. Through the award-winning Blaze Hockey Kids4Kids program, youth hockey players across Minnesota have raised over $130,000 for Gillette Children’s. This collaboration has had the dual impact of supporting families receiving care at Gillette and giving kids the opportunity to learn the importance of helping others.
